Welcome to our web page! On behalf of our church family, I would like to thank you for visiting us today. Please allow me to introduce myself to you. I was born and raised in Mason City, Iowa, and married my dear wife, Karin in 1971 at the age of eighteen. We have been blessed with four wonderful children and at present, six precious grandchildren, but the greatest blessing of all took place when I was twenty, when I placed my faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. From that moment on, life has had new purpose and meaning. In 1981, I graduated from Fairfax Baptist Temple Bible Institute and remained there for one year as bus director, before starting deputation as missionaries to the Philippines, where we ministered for several years. Since 1994, we have been in Vancouver, Canada. I count it a tremendous honor to have started Harvest Baptist Church, and for the privilege that is mine to oversee such a sweet church family. We welcome you to come and be a part of God's blessings here at HBC as we seek to serve the KING of Kings and LORD of Lords.
